FAQ - Our Most Frequently Asked Questions

What formats are the study resources in?

The materials are available in two formats: Digital Package or Physical Book

Digital Package: There are digital quiz questions, some written content with tips and downloadable PDF workbooks and flashcards. The workbooks are fillable PDFs.

Physical Book: This is a 325 page workbook, which includes a link to downloadable flashcards.

Additionally, you can access an audio recording of the Standard for Change Management via Spotify.

Which devices can I use to access the materials? Is it mobile friendly?

For the digital materials we recommend a desktop or a tablet, but you can also use a phone if you'd like. The questions are easier to read on a computer and working on a computer is a more-similar experience to the actual exam. The primary difference is that you can only view one question at a time in the actual exam, whereas our questions are listed in batches of 25.

Note that you will need to be able to print the PDFs and flashcards, or you can choose to digitally edit them if you have a PDF editor. Some of the PDFs are setup so you can fill them in digitally, but not all.

What language are the materials in?

Everything is written in English, however it is a mix of Canadian and American English. There are two question authors and the Standard is written in American English. Anne has a deeply ingrained use of the letter u.

What currency is the pricing?

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Canadian purchasers will receive an emailed invoice showing GST details, however they are created manually so may take a few days to arrive. 

Does this count towards the ACMP 21 hours of training requirement?

No. These are study materials, to help you prepare for the exam. They are NOT training hours. 

If you choose to purchase the Tips & Tricks videos, they cover things like what to expect from the online exam environment and tips for submitting a quality application. They do not provide training on change management.

What's the difference between the 1st and 2nd Edition materials?

The ACMP licensing exam will transiton to the 2nd Edition of the Standard for Change Management on April 1, 2026.
